Tell us when Candy Scout information is wrong, a community report needs review, or something in the app is not working. These reports help us keep neighborhood and event information useful for Knoxville families.
Incorrect neighborhood information
Wrong name, map placement, area details or other local information.

Wrong date, time, venue, organizer information or an event that should be removed.

A community report looks abusive, misleading, unsafe or otherwise should be reviewed.

Report sensitive information, a privacy concern, or something that could create a safety risk.

Not an emergency service
Candy Scout support is not monitored for emergencies. If someone is in immediate danger or you need urgent police, fire or medical help, call 911 or the appropriate local authority.
Please avoid sending children's names, precise live locations, or private home addresses unless they are necessary to explain a safety or privacy concern.
